IAC Records Co-Owner Eric Westphal Passes

Ten days after our founding partner lost his very independent battle with cancer, IAC Records must find a way to express (and continue on after) the great loss of Eric Westphal. Eric was a great musical talent, composer, and record producer. Eric had the confidence and optimism that encouraged Don Setaro to go ahead with plans for this independent record label. This website and the ongoing work of IAC will always have Eric’s contributions at its center: his original music, his descriptive writings, and his insightful guidance/perspectives. We almost let the loss of Eric mean the loss of this endeavor, but have realized that moving forward will let Eric continue to entertain and inspire us. We think he would have liked that.
